Scope
Audit of whether repository sources and corpus layers comply with the current IKaC governance model:
- Source packet workflow
- Source evaluation and evidence policy
- Grant ingestion governance
- Grant ingestion filter audit
Guiding principle: New workflow compliance is required going forward; historical corpus compliance should improve incrementally where it provides clear value.
