Catalog description
This course is designed to provide an accessible and practical introduction to computational chemistry. The course provides an overview of different methods commonly used in the field ranging from classical to quantum mechanical ab initio and density functional methods. PREREQUISITE(S): CHE302. A grade of C- or better in ( PHY 152 or PHY 172 ) and CHE 234 are prerequisites for this class.
